Similar to Amazon’s PPC. Can get free credits to start easily. People trust Google, just like Amazon. Here’s how to drive external buying intent traffic to Amazon to generate sales and drive rank.
Set up Google ads account
- Get $100 free credit
- Create a new campaign in expert mode
- Set champion goal to Sales
- Click on Search campaign type
- Next, copy the exact URL and paste in the website URL
- In Networks, Click on Search Network
- Select the US as a location if you are in the US
- Select English
- In Budget, start with $10-15 per day
- For Bidding, select, Clicks and leave everything else
- For Ad Group: Use Exact Match
- Use Google Keyword Planner and type your product keyword
- Select all the keywords that describe your product
- Copy the Keywords in Google Spreadsheet
- Put bracket round the keywords to make them Exact Match Keywords
- In Ad Text, where you create the ad text, headline, description,
- In the final URL put Pixelify or other ranking URL
- In headline 1: core Keyword in text
- In headline 2: urgency and discount
- In headline 3: urgency and price
- In display path: write custom URL text
- In description 1: brand + value + urgency
- In description 2: to write use case
- Add payment on next page
- Now go to Extensions and click on the Plus button and click on site link extension
- Use Keywords and links, Google won’t let you use the same link so you need to go to Pixelfy or Heliums Canonical URLs to create them, use it to rank on specific keywords
- Now go to Extensions and click on Promotions extension and create new
- Promotion type: percent or dollar off
